Dear Members and Patrons of Court Square Theater,
As spring unfolds I wanted to take a moment to thank you for being part of the vibrant community that surrounds and supports Court Square Theater. It’s been an exciting season already, and there’s still so much more in store!
And now, for some very exciting news: On May 11th, we are launching a brand-new ticketing platform– AgileTix! This new platform will make purchasing tickets online a much smoother experience for our patrons, and it brings added flexibility and efficiency for our staff behind the scenes. We’ve listened carefully to feedback from you—our audience—and this system is a major step forward in creating the kind of user experience you deserve.
Of course, as with most advances in technology, there are associated costs. To support the ongoing use of this improved platform and to ensure that Court Square Theater continues to grow and thrive, we are implementing two modest fees on each ticket:
- A $2.50 ticketing fee will help us cover the technology, equipment, and processing costs associated with AgileTix.
- A $2.50 restoration fee will go directly toward critical operational and maintenance needs—things like keeping the lights shining, the sound clear, and the seats comfortable for all.
Movie tickets will now be $10 total, with no additional fees—a simple flat rate for your filmgoing convenience.
We believe these small changes will go a long way in helping us provide the best possible experience for you, both online and in person, while preserving this historic venue for generations to come.
